FRIDAYS

• 5-6:00 pm = 3rd-8th grade (Boys and Girls, Beginner/Inter.)
  
  6-7:30 pm = 3rd-5th grade (Boys and Girls, Inter./Advanced)
  
  7:30-9 pm = 6th-8th grade (Boys and Girls, Inter./Advanced)

SATURDAYS

• 9-10:00 am = K-2nd grade (Boys and Girls, Beginner/Novice)

CLASS DETAILS: 

Classes will be instructed by high school and college coaches and the following skills will be covered: 
Ball handling, Shooting, Defensive Techniques, Passing, Plyometrics

CLASS SCHEDULE:

WEEK 1

(Ball Handling, Foot work)
1) Stationary Dribble.
2) Motion Dribble
3) Foot work (Pivots, Jump stops)
4) Layups (Right hand)
5) Finishing Layups

WEEK 2

(Left hand layups, Rebounding, Shooting basics)
1) Stationary Dribble
2) Motion Dribble
3) Left hand layups
4) Pivots
5) Rebounding
6) Beginning of Shooting

WEEK 3

(Shooting Fundamentals, Passing)
1) Stationary Dribble
2) Motion Dribble(Cones)
3) Layups (Right hand and Left hand)
4) Passing(Two hand passes, Bounce passes, Left hand and Right hand passes)
5) Shooting (Posture, Stance, Shots of the dribble)

WEEK 4

(Defense, Advanced Shooting)
1)Motion Dribble(Cones)
2) Layups
3) Rebounding
4) Defense(Slides, hand and foot movement)
5) Shooting(Technique, Catch and shoot, Off the dribble, Off the pass)

WEEK 5

(Shooting, Defense, Screens and Learning Fast Break Drill)

1) Motion dribble
2) Lay ups and Footwork
3) Passing
4) Fast Break Drill
5) Defense(Slide, Close out, Deny, Box out, Rebound)
6) Shooting(Technique, Catch and Shoot, Off the dribble, Off the screen)

WEEK 6

(Fast Break Drill, Finishing Plays, Advanced Shooting)
1) Motion Dribble
2) Defensive techniques(Close out, Deny, Box out, Rebound and pass out)
3) Shooting(Technique, Posture , Off the Dribble, Catch and shoot of the Screen.)

4)Fast Break Drill (Passing, Jump Stop, Shooting off of the drill)
